RETURN POLICY

We take pride in our Aura Aura brand. As a result we do not authorize the resale of Aura Aura merchandise. 

**NO CASH OR CREDIT REFUNDS-EXCHANGE ONLY**

 All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Please email us FIRST if there’s a problem with your product. Please DO NOT return or send any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Aura Aura will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages sent to us without acknowledgement. Any packages returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs.

ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-3 business days or sooner.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.

NO RETURNS ON ANY SOCKS, UNDER GARMENTS, WHITE ITEMS, OR ACCESSORIES. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase with the original sales or gift receipt. 

Items purchased online at www.inaurawetrust.com may be returned with some exceptions. Online purchases of online-exclusive merchandise and purchases made using AfterPay, Paypal, Klarna, Amazon Pay, or other third-party payment options, are subject to online purchase return policies. Online returns must be accompanied by a packing slip/confirmation email.

Returns with an original sales receipt/packing slip will be refunded in the manner in which the original purchase was made.

Returns will not be accepted without an original sales or gift receipt. All returns will reflect original discounts and promotions.

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes Monogrammed, Altered, Made to Measure, Special Order, Sample Sale merchandise.
